This collection consists of exhibition files, general operations files and exhibition catalogs generated by the Wallach Art Gallery staff between 1985 and 2017.

This collection contains photographs and contact sheets of alumni, faculty and student life taken expressly for a 1980s admissions brochure, capital campaign brochures in the 1990s and the Columbia alumni magazine in the 1980s through early 2000s. Additionally, there are reproductions of photographs and illustrations dating prior to the late 1970s which were used in the magazine.

This collection contains the correspondence, minutes and meetings, projects and reports of the Council for Research in the Social Sciences.

Records of one of the oldest schools of social work in the United States, founded in 1898 as the New York School of Philanthropy and affiliated with the Charity Organization Society of New York City. The school merged with Columbia University in 1959, becoming the Columbia University School of Social Work. This collection includes the records of the office of the Dean, Development and Alumni Relations, and the Social Work Library, the bulk of which date from the 1930s through the 1980s.

This collection is a combination of several different accessions of prints, negatives, contact sheets, color slides and digital files that were created by the University Photographer and others in the Columbia University Office of Public Affairs. The collection documents many events held on campus (e.g., commencement, homecoming, 1968 protests), the Morningside campus, individuals (faculty, student athletes), and sporting events.

This collection consists of videos and audio cassettes related to the Alfred I. duPont-Columbia University Awards for broadcast journalism sponsored by the Graduate School of Journalism. Videos and tapes date from the late 1960s to the early 2000s.
