Invitations and photographs relating to dinners given by the Bohemian Club to honor artists such as Mischa Elman, Engelbert Humperdinck, Serge Koussevitzsky, Ignace Paderewski, Sergei Rachmaninoff, Richard Strauss, and Eugene Ysaye.

This collection includes Papers of the Committee for the Education of Russian Youth in Exile, and its predecessors, Refugees in Russia and the Committee for the Rescue and Education of Russian Children, and Papers of the Committee' Director, Thomas Whittemore. The collection, which consists of correspondence, files on students supported by the Committee, financial records, photographs, manuscripts, documents, and printed materials, with the bulk dates 1914-1936.

The collection consists largely of letters to Gunst from other Russian emigre musicians, including Nikolaĭ Cherepnin, Aleksandr Glazunov, Aleksandr Grechaninov, Nikolaĭ Medtner, and Sergeĭ Rakhmaninov. Other items include a photograph of Aleksandr Skri︠a︡bin's funeral procession, performance programs, and printed material relating to the Russian conservatory in Paris.

The papers include correspondence, manuscripts, documents, printed materials and photographs -- most of which principally concern Fedor Shali︠a︡pin. There are twelve letters and postcards from Shali︠a︡pin, and one or two items each from Aleksandr Grechaninov, Olǵa Knipper-Chekhova, and Sergeĭ Rakhmaninov. There are manuscripts by Strakhova-Ermans, entitled "Vospominanii︠a︡ starogo professora penii︠a︡" and "Penie: Ego tekhnika i iskusstvo." There are photographs of Shali︠a︡pin in his operatic roles and with his family; and photographs of Olǵa Knipper-Chekhova, Aleksandr Glazunov, and of Sergeĭ Rakhmaninov and Aleksandr Grechaninov (with the faculty of the Russian Conservatory in Paris). Printed materials include programs of concerts by Shali︠a︡pin and others, and a copy of Strakhova-Ermans' book, "Le chant"(1946).

The collection consists of correspondence, manuscripts, documents, subject files, and printed materials that concern emigre educational and political groups in Europe. Most of the collection deals with the Central Committee to Secure Higher Education for Russian Youth Abroad (T︠s︡entralńyĭ Komitet po Obezpechenii︠u︡ Vysshego Obrazovanii︠a︡ Russkomu I︠u︡noshestvu za Granit︠s︡eĭ), which Fedorov headed. There are also materials on the Union of Russian Students in France (Soi︠u︡z Russkikh Studentov vo Frant︠s︡ii), for 1921-22; the Russian National Committee (Russkiĭ Nat︠s︡ionalńyĭ Komitet), of which Fedorov was vice-president; the journal "Borb́a za Rossii︠u︡" which he edited; and the Commission to Coordinate the Activity of Russian Organizations Aiding the Unemployed (Komissii︠a︡ po Soglasovanii︠u︡ Dei︠a︡telńosti Russkikh Organizatsiĭ, Okazyvai︠u︡shchikh Pomoshch ́Bezrabotnym), which he chaired. Cataloged correspondents in the collection include Aleksandr Kizevetter, Semen Frank, Sergeĭ Rakhmaninov, and Petr Struve.
