Research Program on the History of the CPSU Manuscripts, 1955-1957
48 itemsThe manuscripts were prepared by American and emigre scholars on a variety of topics concerning the history of the CPSU, including the "Antonovshchina" the Latvian Communist Party and Soviet literature. A number of memoirs were also written for the project. Among the authors of the Program's manuscripts were Vera Aleksandrova (V. A. Shvarts), Vera Dunham, Nikolai Vol'skii (Valentinov), and Avrahm Yarmolinsky.

A sizable part of the collection also concerns the painter Il'ia Repin (1844-1930).
