Collection of artists' books created by artists participating in the Al-Mutanabbi Street Coalition; donated by the founder of the coalition Beau Beausoleil between December 2019 and March 2020. Each participating book artist was asked to complete three books over the course of a year that reflected both the strength and fragility of books, but also showed the endurance of the ideas within them.

Artistic, historic, and commercial lithographs arranged in chronological order to show the development of lithographic printing in Germany, France, Great Britain, and the United States. The collection, acquired by the Fuchs & Lang Manufacturing Co., is comprised of examples of the work of every major 19th century lithographer and lithographic printer, including Senefelder, Hullmandel, Lemercier, and Currier & Ives. The lithographs are arranged according to the numbers in the catalogs published by the company. This chronological sequence is supplemented by indexes to the lithographers and lithographic printers. Unidentified prints are arranged at the end of the collection by country, printer, or publisher

An American architect and urban planner, Shadrach Woods was a student of Le Corbusier and worked extensively throughout North Africa, France, Germany and New York City on projects ranging from low-cost housing developments to university campuses. Also highly regarded as a critic and theorist, Woods taught at Harvard and Yale and lectured and published widely. The collection represents the span of Woods' life and career through papers, photographs, architectural drawings, writings, and published materials. A small group of materials documents his childhood and education through personal papers and photographs. However, the bulk of the collections relates to his professional work and collaborations.

Frederick Zimmermann papers, 1933-1959

A collection of letters written to Zimmermann. Most of the letters relate to a group of German artists called "Der Blaue Reiter" ("The Blue Rider"). Zimmermann assisted in the planning for the exhibition of the group, held at the Curt Valentin Gallery, December 7, 1954-January 8, 1955, and much of the correspondence relates to the exhibition. Included are letters from Albert Bloch, David Burliuk, Mrs. Nina Kandinsky, Paul Klee, and Gabriele Münter. Also, important files of correspondence from John B. Flamagan and George Grosz.

The collection comprises materials authored by D'Arcy Hayman, including letters, invitations, essays, poetry, drawings, photographs, three monographs, proofs for one monograph, journals, and three scrapbooks. The three scrapbooks are referred to as 1, 2, and 3 (1 is a photo album, while 2 and 3 contain miscellanies: essays, drawings, poems, cards, photos, newsletters, conference materials, air travel documents, clippings, post-cards, festive cup holders, and a one-act play).

Sam Schaefler bookplate collection, 1580-1800

The collection consists of several sub-divisions, such as bookplates with a printed date (over 300 bookplates, 1587-1800), ecclesiastical bookplates of the 17th and 18th centuries, and a large group relating to Cambridge and Oxford Universities (mostly 18th century). Well represented are bookplates of libraries, starting with a German bookplate, ca. 1580. Among the library bookplates of some significance are large dated German bookplates of the Royal Library, Munich, the earliest being dated 1614, the bookplate of the medical library, Frankfort, 1676, representing the view of a 17th century library, and a large collection of early American library bookplates.
