The four essays were written in 1949 for a study group of Philip Mosely's. They are entitled: "Czechoslovak-Yugoslav Trade Relations"; "Memorandum on the conflict Tito-Cominform: Conversation with A. Bebler"; Memorandum on Czechoslovak-Yugoslav Political Relations"; "Memorandum on J. Korbel's Conversation with Mr. V. Clementis." These essays include memoiristic information.
