This series includes Guidelines for Accessibility created by the Office of Disability Services (ODS) now known as the Center for Accessibility Resources Disability Services (CARDS). There are booklets aimed towards Disabled students, the non-Disabled Barnard students, and to professors. There is also a booklet of student accomodative aids.

This series incudes the grant proposal for the Max C. Fleischmann Foundation spearheaded by Julie Marstellar, the first Dean of Disabled Students at Barnard. The grant was supposed to cover physical changes to Barnard's campus like adding accessible entrances as well as fund programs to expand the services provided to Disabled students at Barnard.

This series contains correspondence, memos, contact lists, invitations, flyers, programs, publicity, newsletters, calendars, schedules, budgets, and other ephemera. Materials relate to the logistics regarding the planning and execution of the Centennial Celebration, including the convocation and associated dinners, the Dance Uptown performance, Barnard Performs! benefit concert featuring alumnae Suzanne Vega and Laurie Anderson, Barnard Collects art exhibit, and the conference, Educating for the Future: Ethics and the Academy.

This series contains the research, transcripts, and correspondence relating to an oral history project undertaken by Arlene Winer '54, as part of the Centennial Celebration. Alumnae from classes 1900 to 1925 were interviewed, as well as former Barnard president, Millicent McIntosh.

This series contains materials used in the research process of planning the Centennial celebration and corresponding events. Articles, clippings, and brochures relate to Barnard's Greek Games and the Thrift Shop Scholarship Fund. Pamphlets and photographs document other universities' anniversary celebrations. Photocopied articles and other publications date from the early twentieth century up until 1989.

This series contains a lecture in German titled "Goethe: His Personality and Work" given by Schweitzer in July 1949 at the International Goethe Convocation in Aspen, Colorado (this was the only time Schweitzer ever visited the United States). The lecture is recorded on two vinyl 78rpm records, with an introduction by G. A. Borgese and translation by Thornton Wilder. This series also contains a booklet from the Albert Schweitzer International Convocation held in Aspen in May 1966. The convocation continued the work that began with Schweitzer's visit to the United States in 1949, and was divided into seven sessions with multiple scholars discussing topics including Schweitzer's humanitarian contributions, his contributions to music and the arts, and his contributions to theology and philosophy.

This series contains records of the All Africa Christian Conference that illustrate the early organization, composition, and goals of the Conference, as well as other directed programs such as Urban Africa, and Religion and Education in Africa. Records include correspondence, photographs, memos, publications, and meeting minutes and supplemental materials.

The series contains reports, correspondence, publications, and promotional materials from over forty Alumnae Clubs located across the United States. Additionally, the series includes reports and minutes from the Club Committee of the AABC, information on National Barnard Day (an event in 1938), and a scrapbook of newspaper clippings related to Barnard Alumnae in Palm Beach, Florida. The folders on the Barnard Clubs of Puerto Rico, South Florida, Washington D.C., and Wisconsin contain photos from club events.

The series contains office files, literature, promotional materials, correspondence, receipts, and sample packets for Alumnae Councils.

The series contains reports and records of the Barnard Alumnae Fund, correspondence pertaining to fundraising, bound volumes of receipts and accounting (1921-1951), and scrapbooks containing publicity materials about the Barnard Alumnae Fund dating from 1933-1942.
