The collection includes drawings, bills, receipts, and memos regarding the alteration to the south apartment on the 11th and 12th story of One Lexington Avenue. Apartment owner John Robert Gregg, Esq. hired architect D. Everett Waid to oversee the alteration project. The drawings include plans, elevations and sections. The papers document the expenditures and contractors associated with the alteration. The cost of the alteration totaled over $14,000.
