Scope and content:

The SEA/Warner material relates to efforts on behalf of the organization to develop interactive home services, which eventually developed into Qube, and the Corporation for Public Broadcasting material relates primarily to CPB's work on developing adult educational programming, though there is also a small amount of material in box 4 related to the Turned on crisis and CPB's employment practices.

Biographical / historical:

Sharon Arthur was an early employee of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, and this collection reflects the development of early CPB programming standards and the growth of public media.
