This volume consists the minutes and some correspondence related to the publishing of the 1911 Columbian.

The Columbian is the yearbook of Columbia College and the School of Engineering, starting from 1890. The Schools had previously published separate yearbooks: the Columbiad for the School of the Arts (as the undergraduate Columbia College was then known) and the Miner for the School of Mines (later known as the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences).
