Scope and content:

The International Helsinki Federation for Human Rights (IHF) is a self-governing group of non-governmental, not-for-profit organizations that act to protect human rights throughout Europe, North America and Central Asia. The files in this series document the activities of the IHF and its committees. The files consist of correspondence, manuscripts, memorandums, newspaper clippings, photographs and research materials utilized in the development of reports. The files are arranged alphabetically by subject. The IHF closed in 2007.

Requests should include a detailed description of the proposed publication.
