Series II. Holly Cartner Files, 1952-1995. Series 2 is comprised of Cartner's files associated with her work as researcher on Romania and other Eastern Europe countries in the period 1990-1995. Cartner became Europe and Central Asia director in 1995. Files contain correspondence, mission and research files, and are arranged alphabetically.
