This series contains numbered, handwritten sermons; the numbering system is not always complete. Gillett kept various groupings of sermons together, and gave some of the groupings volume numbers. The titles of the sermons as well as the location the sermon was given are often written onto the cover of the sermon booklets. This series also contains the sermons of Ezra's father, Ely H. Gillett.
