Manuscript memoirs (207 p.) that describe Bernard's experiences in the Soviet Ukraine between the Wars and the Second World War in the Vinnytsia area.

Biographical / historical:

Kezar Bernard, engineer, collaborated with Germans during the occupation becoming German-appointed Vinnytsia deputy mayor(according to another source - a head of the oblast administration in Vinnytsia) under military occupation local administration created by Germans.
