The papers of Titov. The collection consists of correspondence, manuscripts, one case file and printed material. The correspondence is almost entirely copies of letters sent by M.S. Titov on behalf of ROVS. The manuscripts are in typescript form and incorporate original letters, photographs and personal documents. They deal with the theory of military fortifications and with military education in Russia. Also included in the collection is one case file from the ROVS Court of Honor and miscellaneous printed and mimeo materials pertaining to ROVS in Argentina.

Engineer with the military corps in Russia and from ca. 1966-1971 head of the Russkiĭ obshchevoinskiĭ soi︠u︡z (ROVS) in Argentina, and of its Court of Honor.
