Typescript memoirs entitled "Vospominaniia i vpechatleniia" (159 p.) of B. M. Brofel'dt that touch on his service in World War I and with the White Army in Ukraine. Also covered is emigration in Berlin, England and France.

Biographical / historical:

Boris Mortimerovich Brofel'dt (1887-1969), Colonel of the Leib-Gvardii Izmailovskii regiment. Fought in the Dobrovol'cheskaia army. In emigration in Germany, as per October 1, 1921 member of the Obshchestvo vzaimopomoshchi ofitserov byvshikh Rossiiskikh armii i flota; as per November 1951 Chairman of the Soiuz Izmailovtsev in France.
