Evgenii L'vovich Brazol' (August 9, 1882-?), graduate of the School of Law (1906), Akhtyrsky county Marshal of Nobility, Honorary Magistrate Judge and Member of the county Zemstvo Government, activist of the right movement. During the Civil War, the ensign of the Life Guard of the Kirassir Regiment. In the emigration in Yugoslavia (Novi Sad), worked in the "Russkii Stiag" newspaper.
