Scope and content:

The papers include correspondence, manuscripts, and reports on the work of Russkiĭ Pravitelśtvennyĭ Komitet; a 1916 report by the head of the Imperial Main Artillery Board; Manikovskiĭ, on artillery ordnance production; and a report of the Russian Liquidation Committee in Britain, 1919.

Biographical / historical:

Colonel in the Imperial Army and member of the Russian Government Committee (Russkiĭ Pravitelśtvennyĭ Komitet) in London during World War I. The task of this Committee was to aid in supplying Russia with military materials.
