This subseries contains materials related to the Louis Johnson Dance Theatre Ensemble, the final iteration of Johnson's dance company that was operated through Henry Street Settlement. There is some overlap between this subseries and the Henry Street Settlement materials in Series V as photographs suggest that the Louis Johnson Dance Theatre Ensemble and the Henry Street Kids would perform at the same events.

Two folders in this collection are restricted: Box 14, Folder 4 "Student Essays" (restricted until 2084) and Box 24, Folder 6 "Letter of Recommendation" (restricted until 2104).
