Scope and content:

Three maps (brownline prints with colored pencil) denoting proposed improvements at various sites in the Philippines. A map of the City of Baguio in the Province of Benguit features a preliminary plan for a proposed town site, dated October 1905. The plan for proposed improvements in Manila is dated May 1905 with revisions in June 1905. The plan for a proposed sea boulevard in Manila Bay is dated May 1905. All three plans are inscribed: "This plan accompanies report to Hon. William H. Taft, Secretary of War."
