This collection documents the work of the AIUSA Africa Advocacy Program. It contains research, planning, and educational materials relating to human rights abuses in African countries. Many countries are represented, but there is some focus on Sierra Leone, Sudan, Angola, Ethiopia, and Uganda.
The materials include International Secretariat documents, reports, publications, trip reports, clippings, correspondence, and policy information. It also includes correspondence and reports by the program's director, Adotei Akwei. Many of the files are grouped by country.
