This collection consists of correspondence, membership lists, planning documents (seating chats), and printed matter (invitations and programs) from the annual dinners held from 1986 to 1991. There are black-and-white photo prints by University Photographer Joe Pineiro for 1988, 1990 and 1991.

The club, founded in 1954, includes officers of administration and research and supporting staff who have completed 25 years of continuous service to the University. The club holds an annual dinner to induct new members.
