The Pre-College Program began in 1985 as a coeducational summer session for academically outstanding high school students who wished to have the experience of taking college classes. The program was overseen by the Office of Special Academic Programs and currently run by the Office of Pre-College Programs. The staff includes professors and RAs, also. The materials in this collection include brochures, student lists, demographic information, course lists, handbooks, and meeting minutes. The program has grown from roughly 50 students to over 150 students over the past 25 years.
