- This collection consists of the personal papers of Barnard College alumna ('61), Mary-Jo Kline. The collection is primarily comprised of letters from Kline to her parents detailing her life at Barnard as well as correspondences between her and fellow alumna post graduation between 1962-1997.

The collection containis correspondence of Mary Jo Kline to her parents between 1957-1961. Her letters detail her life as a student at Barnard and include accounts of classes, course work, friends, meal menus, dating, and general life on campus, and off-campus outings. Occasionally a news clipping or pamphlet is included in with a letter. The collection also contains correspondences between her and her friends post graduation between 1962-1997.
