This collection consists of a scrapbook that C. Elizabeth McNeil compiled during part of her time at Barnard and a few years after. The materials in the scrapbook include amateur photographs; correspondence with Barnard classmates and administrators; and programs from shows and museum exhibits in New York City.
- Biographical / historical:

C. Elizabeth McNeil graduated from Barnard College in 1936. During World War II she was trained as an air traffic controller and was one of the first women to work at the Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport tower. McNeil also served as president of the American Association of University Women's Birmingham, Alabama Branch.
