Another prominent figure and creator of records within the collection is Patricia Henderson Shimm, Founding Teacher and former Associate Director of the Barnard Toddler Center. The records in the collection serve as an indicator of Shimm's professional life and her relationship to the Toddler Center, its employees, parents and children.
