Contents of this collection may only be viewed after the death of the donors (restrictions are expected to be entirely lifted by or before 2040). If you are interested in researching in this collection, please contact the Archives at archives@barnard.edu; we will provide you a list of the materials that are open to researchers. Earlier access may be granted to Barnard College officers in pursuit of their normal duties and for scholarly research, with the written permission of the College Provost. Officers of the class of 1952, with the permission of the Class Present, may also access the class archive to support future Class of 1952 initiatives.

Terms of access:

Permission to publish material from the collection must be requested from the Barnard College Archives. The Barnard College Archives approves permission to publish that which it physically owns; the responsibility to secure copyright permission rests with the patron.
