The manuscript "Questions Russes" discusses Soviet foreign policy in a historical perspective.

The papers, which consist to a large extent of mimeographed and printed reports of various organizations with which Evans was affiliated, chronicle a wide range of his activities in the fields of law, international relations, and library service. Among the cataloged correspondents are: Dorothy Canfield Fisher, Norman Cousins, S. Radhakrishnan, and Paul H. Douglas.

Papers of Aleksei Alekseevich Bobrinskoi include correspondence, manuscripts, documents, photographs, postcards and printed materials. Correspondence include five postcards addressed to A. A. Bobrinskoi. Manuscripts consist of typescripts of A. A. Bobrinskoi's writings, including bio and memoir piece about his father; his radio scripts, article and letter of protest. Among the documents there are materials relating to the reimbursement to British citizens for debts and losses contracted in Russia, Russkii Natsional'nyi Komitet v Londone, medical prescriptions, business cards. Photographs include pictures of Benckendorff and Dolgorukii family members. Printed materials include genealogy of the Bobrinskoi family, periodicals, flyers, poster, clippings.

The letters are largely from persons prominent in public affairs, politics and/or Pan American Relations, including many members of Congress. The material is mounted in a single volume.

Letters from King to Dr. Daniel Kilham of Newburyport, Mass. The letters refer to the personal affairs of the two men and to a large extent to the matters of contemporary diplomacy and politics. Among the subjects touched upon are the peace treaty with England, the Barbary powers, Spanish remonstrance against U.S. navigation of the Mississippi, and Mr. Adams' reception at the British court. Four of the letters bear manuscript copies of Kilham's reply.

The John N. Hazard papers consist of a processed set of 11 boxes, numbered 1-11, and an unprocessed set of 46 boxes, numbered 1-46.

The papers consist of correspondence, manuscripts, subject files, photographs, and printed materials. Cataloged correspondents are Mikhail Girs, Robert R. McCormick, Isidor Singer, and Stanley Washburn. Much of the material, including correspondence, reports, and printed materials, concerns German and Russian propaganda in the Japanese War; Russian diplomacy in the first two decades of the century; and Civil War, especially in Siberia. Printed materials include Imperial government publications and also publications of the White government in Omsk.
