Correspondence of Williamson covering his college years and his positions at Bryn Mawr College, the New York Public Library, the Carnegie Foundation, and the Rockefeller Foundation. A significant portion of Williamson's Columbia University correspondence and memoranda is addressed to or related to Roger Howson, University Librarian from 1926 to 1940. The manuscripts, chiefly typescripts, are concerned with library science and educational topics. Also, clippings and pamphlet files with some related correspondence and typescripts dealing with education and particularly the use of television as a teaching aid.

A collection of letters, engravings, prints, portraits, caricatures, other illustrations, and printed materials relating to Charles Dickens. Among the letters is an autograph letter by Dickens and copies of several Dickens letters to the publishers Lea & Blanchard. Many of the illustrations are portraits of Dickens while others are illustrations for his novels and stories, including numerous illustrations of scenes from dramatic versions of his works as well as some playbills for these productions.

Charles Eli Bronson (1857-1926) was a UTS alumnus of 1884, graduate of Amherst College, and an ordained Presbyterian minister who served in Marlborough, New York; Saginaw, Michigan; and West Hope Presbyterian Church in Philadelphia; and as President of the Philadelphia School of Christian Workers. This collection contains Bronson's sermons and writings, as well as personal materials related to the Bronson immediate and extended families, including genealogical research.

Copies of original and, at that time, unpublished manuscripts in various European libraries which deal with the activities and policies of the Inquisition in France around the 13th and 14th centuries, made by the French scholar, Charles Molinier (b. 1843). Included are a history of the Inquisition in Langue d'oc, interrogations by Brother Bernard de Caux, inquisitor, records of the Inquisition in Carcassonne, a chronicle of Guillem Pelisson, and writings of Brother Bernard Guidonis. Some of these materials were used by Molinier as sources for his published works, but apparently all of the materials here collected have not been published.

Charles Peck Bush was the District Secretary of the American Board of Commissioners for Foreign Missions for New York and alumnus of Union Theological Seminary, class of 1840. The collection contains a stylus from an Indian Hindu scribe, along with Indian palm leaf correspondence.
